Line Cook
Part-time, employee
Working Hours: Flexible Work Schedule                                            
 
Job Requirements:         
• High School Diploma preferred
• Ability to follow direction 
• Ability to react quickly and efficiently 
• Ability to work with standard kitchen equipment in efficient and safe manner 
• Ability to work safely in fast-paced environment 
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. 
• Vocational training and/or previous food experience preferred 
• Physical stamina to work long days on feet in restaurant
• Must pass background (including federal background) and drug screens.
 
Responsibilities/Duties:  
• Perform multiple tasks simultaneously to ensure all food orders are complete and executed within our service timing guidelines. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of ingredients and recipes. 
• Coordinate food product between stations to ensure timely completion of orders to customer satisfaction. 
• Follow production lists. 
• Prepare raw ingredients into finished product, per specifications. 
• Put away stock and maintain stock area. 
• Maintain work area and equipment in accordance with sanitation guidelines and Health Department standards. 
• Ensure quality and visual presentation of food produced. 
• Maintain personal hygiene and uniform to The Highlands standards. 
• Maintain work area for safety. 
• Must be able to work well with servers and expeditors and demonstrate strong customer service skills.
• Demonstrate expertise in executing job functions quickly, efficiently and accurately to ensure a high quality of output. 
• Assist other associates to ensure all kitchen duties are completed within given time constraints. 
• Assist in order preparation. 
• Assist in line checks performed twice daily. 
• Assist with special events.

Operational:
Prepare hot food to individual order for customers' immediate consumption according to Food Division and Health Department Standards.



Dishwasher
The Highlands at Dove Mountain Home Owners Association (HOA) is currently seeking a part-time dishwasher. Summary:
As a dishwasher you will be responsible for ensuring that our production teams have sanitary tools and workspaces. This includes all duties related to dishwashing: unloading kitchen deliveries and cleaning all of the dishes, utensils, pots and pans. Other areas of responsibility include food prep work and maintaining food quality and sanitation in kitchen. 

Duties:
• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and implements used by the store in preparing foods for sale.
• Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices.
• Maintain cleanliness of floors, mats, drains, walls and shelves of kitchen area.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
• Perform food preparation work as directed.
• Accept and process product from receiver.

Essential Job Functions:
• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Bend and stoop to grasp objects and climb ladders. Bend and twist neck and waist, reach above and below shoulders and squat.
• Bend and lift loads, not to exceed 50 pounds. Push and pull carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Repetitive use of hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation.
• Environmental exposure to extreme temperatures (coolers, ovens, freezer, outdoors, etc.)
