Golf Outside Services
We are looking to hire part-time “Golf Services” employee (s) to be a part of our team. Responsibilities include: bag drop, ranger, and marshall duties.
Job Requirements:        
* High school graduate preferred
* Must have valid AZ Drivers License
* Outstanding customer relations skills
* Team player
* Ability to lift 50lbs
The Outside Service Personnel provide guest service to golfers at the bag drop and are responsible for range management.  The Outside Service employee must:
*         Professionally open and close the outside operation.
*         Under the supervision of the Outside Services Supervisor, could work as bag staff, starter, ranger, or marshall.
*         Provide impeccably clean and maintained golf cars to all players.
*         Maintain an impeccably clean and orderly appearance of the facility throughout the entire day.
*         Continually service all practice facilities.
*         Greet and assist guests as they arrive at the Club.  Assist in establishing our “customer friendly” atmosphere.
*         Assist all players as they depart from the Club. 
*         Work closely with professional staff on all club related activities.
*         Perform regular maintenance to the golf car fleet.

Landscape Technician
We are looking to hire a seasonal Landscape Technician to work through September 2017. You will be responsible for providing on-going landscape maintenance for The Highlands at Dove Mountain Community (country club and common areas) and completing work in a safe and efficient manner. Hours are 5am to 1:30pm Monday-Friday. Weekends off! Email resume or apply in person Monday - Friday from 8am to 3pm at 4949 W. Heritage Club Blvd.

• Maintain all safety standards
• Ensure all landscaping and ground maintenance assignments meet standards.
Monitor all job related supplies and equipment. Ensure all equipment is maintained properly and in good working order
Work with Supervisor and co-workers to resolve all landscaping issues
Transplanting, propagation, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, constructing, and other forms of landscape maintenance
Perform all landscaping duties as needed
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Supervisor
Requires the ability to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in tiring and uncomfortable positions
Frequently handle, lift, and carry from 50 to 80 lbs. and occasionally more with the assistance of material lifting devices or other workers.
Work hours routinely involve working in an environment of varying to extreme temperatures.
Ability to use hand operated power tools.
Must be reliable and dependable

High School Diploma or its equivalent preferred
Knowledge of machines and tools used in landscaping/ground maintenance including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance is preferred
Prefer knowledge and demonstrated experience in irrigation and native trees/plants/ shrubs
Work hours routinely involve working in an environment of varying to extreme temperatures.
Must pass background (including federal background) and drug screens.

Restaurant Server
Reports To: Dining Services Supervisor        
Working Hours: Part-time, flexible work schedule                                              

Job Requirements:   
* High School Diploma preferred
* Must be 19 years of age
* 1-2 years of experience working in a restaurant
* Physical stamina to work long days on feet in restaurant
* Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
* Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
* Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs
* Familiarity with POS system preferred
* Must be able to compute basic mathematical calculations

* Demonstrate current and working knowledge of restaurant environment
* Follow Food Safety standards and maintains work area and equipment in accordance with Health Department standards
* Adhere to company policy and State and Federal regulations regarding service of alcohol, including taking all steps necessary to ensure the proper age of all persons consuming alcohol served on premises and refusing to serve any person who appears to be intoxicated or, in the bartender's or Manager/Supervisor on duty’s best judgment, might become intoxicated by consumption of additional alcohol
* Follow area specific steps of service, uses table and position numbers and delivers food and beverage orders to customers in a timely fashion
* Effectively deal with multiple customers and communicate customer requests or concerns and service flow issues with servers and manager of duty
* Seats customers when needed at clean tables avoiding over seating
* Knowledgeable of host duties and responsibilities, table numbers and station assignments
* Answer phone and records reservations according to policy procedure
* Follow station specific duties and responsibilities
* Open and/or close area following appropriate checklist, verifies completion with Dining Room Supervisor prior to leaving the area
