Our mission is to maintain a high quality of life within The Highlands at Dove Mountain in order to maximize the satisfaction of our residents and their guests. This will be accomplished by providing efficient and effective administration of the association's assets; delivering thoughtful, consistent and friendly service to our residents and their guests; and establishing, maintaining and enforcing appropriate standards in order to sustain the beauty, character, property values and architectural integrity of our community.
When driving through a neighborhood which is well maintained by a Home Owners Association (HOA) one can almost feel a shared sense of pride. Streets are clean, the common areas carefully groomed and the grounds seem to be an extension of your own backyard. The Highlands at Dove Mountain community generates that kind of good feeling due in large part to the works of the Homeowners Association.
The Highlands at Dove Mountain employs a full time staff to ensure that our neighborhood is always a continuing source of pride. Augmenting the paid staff are the dozens of volunteers who contribute freely to the association. We are also fortunate to have a group of dedicated neighbors who have been trained as “desert keepers.” They have learned the correct way to maintain our precious environment.
An active adult community, the Highlands has 1297 residential households making our development much more intimate than other traditional master planned adult communities. We have a 24/7 manned front gate and 12 miles of private streets. Our amenities include a country club style club house, state of the art workout facility and sparkling pool (and hot tub) with breathtaking views of the Catalina Mountains. The monthly dues are very reasonable and provide the necessary operational and replacement reserve funding for our association.
