$Fall Free Balance Class: This class is open to everyone but will specialize in exercises for members with neurological disorders. In class you will be lead through exercises where you will do big movements, balance training and core strengthening.

$PilatesOur Pilates mat classes focus on stabilizing the core, improving posture and strengthening the total body!
