Yoga practice seeks to relieve stress, anxiety and "dis... ease".This class is a very contemplative, gentle yoga class that will focus on breath, alignment, and stress reduction. Take the time to care for and love yourself. So that you can love and care for others......then the world will change. Regular practice of yoga has been shown to improve one's mindfulness, breath control, flexibility (range of motion), strength, and balance, to increase body awareness and sense of well-being, to reduce blood pressure, and to reduce feelings of anxiety and stress, allowing one to be consciously present in one's life.
